About the Role
With Mensana, you will combine your communication, management, organization, technical and client relationship building skills to deliver results beyond what our clients thought were possible. You will work with our client's management teams to create excitement while ensuring that sustainable changes are impacting results as expected and recommendations are never left behind for others to install. The Manager role at consulting firms can be one of the most exciting and challenging positions but as a boutique consulting firm, every team member gets the exposure, learning and support that you simply do not get at the big shops. Skills, attributes and responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who is able to:
- follow high-quality standards and methodologies set by Mensana
- be results-focused and driven
- lead high performance, results driven consultants to deliver at their best
- build relationships collaborate and coach client executives, to lead their teams through business transformations
- balance the needs of the client, consultants and Mensana leadership to deliver impact
- engage and motivate the client leadership team to foster a results-driven culture
Must Haves
- 3 years experience leading consulting projects that delivered tangible, measurable results
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- A team motivator who can leverage the skills of the consultants and maintain stellar consultant engagement throughout the project
- A strategic and contextual thinker who can manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator
- Organized, diligent and proactive team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint Visio, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Bachelor’s Degree Ability to travel M-F within North America with a valid passport and eligibility for a TN Visa under USMCA
- Access to a reliable vehicle for local travel and a valid driver’s license
Nice to have
- Spanish or French
- Direct experience implementing change with C-Suite Executives

Interview Process
If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence:
- An email will be sent to successful candidates to arrange a phone screening
- A 15-20 min phone screen with a member of our HR team
- A virtual, 60-minute technical interview with a Principal - we need to know who you are and would like to have you share your experience with us
- An in person, final interview which will consist of a 35 min logical thinking exercise, a 30-minute case study, and a discussion with a Managing Partner
- A decision is communicated, and if successful, an offer is extended
- Reference checks

Compensation
